Core/Stability Training

Improve your core stability giving you a stronger mid-section.  This is a full body workout, the training includes abdominal strengthening, stability, and flexibility.  Core training helps tone your midsection and build beautiful abs as well as alleviate back problems and decreases your odds of back injury or re-injury.  These exercises will help reduce pain and recondition weak muscles in the deepest portion of the back.  These muscles control where the vertebrae are and communicate with the brain for proper spine function.  These muscles get weak without training, such as seated jobs and lack of physical exercise.

This program is formatted for any individual looking to improve his/her health.  For beginner’s to the more physical fit, everyone can improve and benefit from this training.  This program can be modified for all skill levels so that it can challenge each individual and allow them to progress.

Instructor:    Jon Messenger D.C., Jon is a Doctor of Chiropractic, who also has bachelor degrees in Human Biology and Exercise Science.

Date:        Thursdays, Oct. 16-Nov. 20

Time:        8:00-9:00 p.m.

Fee:          $10.00
