CRC Fantasy Football League

If you have ever wanted to be a general manager of your own football team then get into fantasy football.  Pick Peyton Manning or Tom Brady (if you are lucky enough) or whomever you want.  This league is for the expert or beginner.  You may sign up for more than one team.  Must have access to internet and set up a yahoo account.  League & draft will be run online.

Morning Boot Camp

Get up and get moving.  This boot camp style class is a good way to start the day.  It will have different intervals of cardio, strength training, kick boxing, plyometrics and yoga.  Sign up for all 3 sessions to receive a discount.  Drop in fee $5.

Days:                      Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

Session 1:               Aug. 22-Sept. 30, $36

Session 2:               Oct. 3-Nov. 11, $36

Session 3:               Nov. 14-Dec. 21, $32

Boxing Fitness

The program will be for ALL fitness levels.  Andrea Nicholson will lead this great class and has a philosophy of that if you are moving your body and you are having fun, then you are doing it right.  Boxing is a terrific workout, come join a great class.

Session 2:               October 30-December 13

Zumba

Zumba is a dynamic and exciting class full of Latin music flavors!  Routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.  Zumba is lots of fun, effective and simple!  Look for additional sessions to come, contact CRC or check the website.

Goal Setting & Achievement with a Life Coach

Goal setting is a skill that is of significant value in today’s society, but some people simply are not properly equipped to be able to reach their goals, even if they know what those goals are.  Sharon Emrick, Certified Life Coach, will help participants take steps towards their goals.  The class uses targeted questioning, empowerment techniques, and classroom time as well as 1 on 1 personal coaching.  Each attendee will have the opportunity for on-going, personal coaching after the class for 1 month for free.  The class is offered at a discount and is limited in size so reserve your spot soon.  Additional sessions may be added.  For questions contact CRC.

Stretch & Tone

Get moving!  This is a fun class that you and your friends can enjoy.  The exercises are low impact and low intensity and move all your body parts.  It is a great way to stretch and firm up your muscles and chairs are used to assist.

Monday-Friday at 11:30 a.m.  Nutritious meals are available and you don't even need to cook.  Plan to join others for a balanced lunch at the Senior Center.  Reservations the day before requested call 542-3721.  Free will donation.
